




Job Summary: Provide technical support to internal users for proprietary systems, handle incidents, and support the analysis and improvement of internal processes. Key Highlights: 1. Development of manuals, documentation, and user training. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to internal users for the company's proprietary systems Handle incidents (opening, tracking, and closure) Support analysis and mapping of internal processes Assist in identifying and correcting system failures Develop manuals, documentation, and user training Perform functional testing on new features or improvements Support the development team in validating requirements Ensure proper operation and usage of corporate systems **Requirements:** High school diploma, technical diploma, or undergraduate degree in progress/completed in IT, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields Basic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus) Familiarity with administrative and operational processes Prior experience in technical support or user assistance Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with ERP systems Knowledge of process modeling Basic understanding of programming logic Experience in corporate environments **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
