Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative tasks and area controls using systems, spreadsheets, forms, and reports; * Assist in training and dissemination of the company's innovation platform; * Support and monitor execution of communication strategies for programs across units; * Monitor improvement management and platform support; * Support innovation culture promotion activities such as workshops and activations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward, with graduation expected in 2027.2 or later. **Required** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Experience with presentations (slides) and spreadsheets. **Desirable** * Knowledge of agile project methodologies: SCRUM, design thinking, or open innovation; * Ability to interpret data and generate insights; * Interest in innovation-related topics and supporting event organization and execution; * Basic knowledge of generative artificial intelligence tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot). **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Internship stipend; * Hybrid work model (after 90 days with the company); * Christmas bonus; * Company-provided transportation route; * 100% covered health plan; * Telemedicine and online therapy (100% covered by the company); * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Monthly product kit; * Wellhub.
