What do you think about joining our team and becoming part of our ecosystem? **Responsibilities and duties** You will support the Design team in creating functional and visually appealing digital interfaces, contributing to improving the user experience across various products and platforms. You will carry out tasks related to interface design, layout creation, prototyping, and visual materials under the guidance of the UX/UI team. Key activities: * Support the development of digital layouts and interfaces (web, mobile, and other platforms), ensuring alignment with the company’s visual standards. * Assist in creating low- and medium-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma. * Collaborate with the UX team to understand user needs and translate requirements into visual solutions. * Contribute to maintaining consistent visual identity across different products and deliverables. * Participate in design reviews, receiving and incorporating feedback from the team. * Research references, trends, and UI best practices to inspire new solutions. * Support the organization of files, component libraries, and internal documentation. * Follow the handoff process to development teams, assisting in the delivery of assets and performing basic implementation checks. **Requirements and qualifications** * Basic knowledge of digital design (academic, personal, or freelance projects are welcome). * Familiarity with tools such as Figma or similar. * Basic understanding of visual design principles (typography, color, hierarchy, composition). * Knowledge of responsive UI and interface best practices. * Introductory knowledge of prototyping. * Curiosity and willingness to learn about UX/UI processes and digital product development. **Additional information** Stipend R$ 1.500,00 + meal voucher + transportation voucher Hybrid work model with scheduled in-person meetings.
