This is an opportunity for those who wish to learn hands-on how to identify talent and organize people management routines. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * **Posting Support:** Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and monitor the receipt of new applications. * **Resume Screening:** Analyze received profiles and identify those aligned with the requirements of open positions. * **Scheduling and Contact:** Coordinate interview schedules and directly contact candidates to align available time slots. * **Onboarding New Employees:** Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring they receive necessary information on their first day. * **Department Organization:** Keep the talent database updated and organize records and documents related to the recruitment area. **What we expect from you:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management. * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling processes and deadlines. * Commitment to routine tasks and strong communication skills. * Genuine interest in human development and team processes. * Availability to intern in person in Curitiba.
