




**Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR department routines is desirable, including onboarding, termination, vacation management, work schedule tracking, and benefits administration; * Familiarity with RM TOTVS and proficiency in Tangerino are advantageous. * Immediate availability to start. **Responsibilities:** * Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll information and other matters related to the employment relationship; * Executing the onboarding process and assisting with payroll processing, 13th salary calculation, vacation calculations, and termination procedures; * Supporting the monthly payroll process; * Performing other duties inherent to the role. **Compensation:** * Salary commensurate with the position. * Benefits: Transportation allowance; Meal voucher (R$29.80 per working day); Basic food basket; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Dental plan; Life insurance; Partnership with SEST/SENAT. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
