Here, you work with clients across different sectors, broaden your business perspective, and grow with autonomy. ✨ **Responsibilities:** * Register employees, contributors, and freelancers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Enter payroll items, calculate and submit biweekly and/or monthly payroll, including advance payments and the 13th salary. * Calculate, submit, and monitor vacation entitlements; prepare and submit prior notice notices and termination procedures. * Generate ancillary obligations, issue monthly payment collection forms, and recalculate payment forms when necessary. * Submit data to e-Social and close payroll. * Assist during labor inspections and provide support to resolve labor-related issues. * Archive documents and maintain organized records to support corporate management. **✨ Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Human Resources. * Prior experience in HR department routines. **✨ Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance – BRL 23.00/day; * Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel allowance; * Health insurance (50% covered by employer – Amil); * Dental insurance (100% covered by employer – Uniodonto); * Educational partnership programs; * Psychological and nutritional support; * Sesc card; * Wellhub; * DayOff.
