




We are looking for an organized and proactive professional to provide strategic support to the Human Resources Department and to the Recruitment and Selection process. **Main Responsibilities** * **Time and Attendance Management:** Daily monitoring of time records via system, performing adjustments, handling discrepancies, and weekly verification via **TOTVS** to ensure no pending items remain. * **Document Administration:** Organizing and entering employee certificates, declarations, and official documents into the system. * **Employee Support:** Providing advisory support to employees, clarifying doubts regarding payroll and internal policies (in person and via WhatsApp). * **Payroll Routines:** Managing and delivering monthly pay slips and internal announcements. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Excellent communication and writing skills for WhatsApp-based support. * Organized profile with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
