




**Job Description**: Professional with technical experience in optical cable splicing, splice closure assembly, service enclosures, DIOs, OTDR, and optical fiber cable installation. **Education**: Minimum completed high school (2nd degree) or technical course in electronics, telecommunications, IT, or related field. **Required Experience:** * Experience in optical cable splicing and attenuation measurement * Ability to read OTDR measurement traces * Field experience in optical network construction * Knowledge of on-site construction safety procedures (references NR10 and NR35) and use of PPE * Knowledge of construction output measurement * Knowledge of underground enclosure construction * Knowledge of FTTH and GPON * Proficiency in Excel and Word **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform optical cable splicing * Conduct OTDR testing and attenuation analysis * Repair optical cable * Install aerial or underground optical cable * Activate and maintain optical networks in indoor and outdoor environments * Verify circuits **Work Modality:** On-site field work in Rio de Janeiro, with occasional travel within the state of RJ **Location:** Rio de Janeiro-RJ **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break Minimum Education Level: High School (2nd Degree) Preferred Education: * Telecommunications, Technical Course * Electronics, Technical Course Willingness to Travel * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Meal or Food Allowance
