Job Summary: Supervise processes, procedures, and Sanitary Surveillance activities to eliminate, reduce, and prevent health risks, ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and ensure compliance with Sanitary Surveillance legislation. 2. Contribute to process updates and standardization of audits. 3. Develop training programs and monitor corrective actions for continuous improvement. Supervise processes, procedures, and activities related to Sanitary Surveillance standards and legislation across stores and the cafeteria, aiming to eliminate and/or reduce and/or prevent health risks to customers and employees, as well as comply with current legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify changes in regional standards and legislation to update audit processes and ensure compliance with current legislation; * Disseminate current standards and legislation to stores so teams can perform procedures accurately. * Contribute to drafting and updating the procedural manual to be followed, aligned with current legislation, to standardize audits and prevent risks; * Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Contribute to developing training programs and provide technical training to store teams on Roldão’s Quality Control procedures and standards; * Guide and monitor corrective actions to improve process efficiency and outcomes; * Monitor procedures issued by regulatory agencies (ANVISA/PROCON/IPEM); * Draft defenses against infringement notices issued by regulatory agencies; * Draft and monitor action plans developed to address identified non-conformities, aiming to standardize procedures; * Collaborate with third-party pest control service providers to ensure proper and timely execution of services, preventing pest-related issues; * Manage water reservoir cleaning control jointly with the third-party provider, ensuring service effectiveness and water quality; * Supervise the third-party cafeteria service provider for stores to ensure service effectiveness; * Develop menus; * Manage cafeteria costs to ensure they remain within contractual and budgetary alignment; * Identify opportunities for cafeteria improvements (renovations/purchasing utensils/equipment) and propose solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition; * Proficiency in current laws and legislation related to Quality Control; * Knowledge of training techniques; * Knowledge of audit processes; * Knowledge of meal cost management; * Basic computer skills as a user. **Additional Information** Location: Will provide support to stores in ABC and Baixada regions. **Benefits:** * Company car; * On-site cafeteria; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Discounts at educational institutions for undergraduate, postgraduate, and extension courses; * Roldão Plus: Employees receive discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores, paying wholesale prices; * Maternity/Paternity Kit; * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with personalized learning paths for each employee.
