Its focus is to help organizations optimize their hiring and talent development processes. **Responsibilities:** Perform accounts payable and receivable routines. Manage cash flow. Conduct bank reconciliation. Prepare financial reports for submission to accounting. Communicate with suppliers and banking institutions. Support finance department requests. Previous experience as a Financial Consultant, Finance Specialist, Controller Analyst, or Budget Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
