Real opportunity for growth **Software Specialist** *Job Objective* Conduct technical demonstrations, software implementations, and support, ensuring compliance with business rules and correct system usage by the customer. Completed or currently enrolled (from the 2nd semester onward) undergraduate degree in: Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields. Minimum **1 year** of experience in: * Software implementation OR support * Technical customer service * Practical knowledge of: * Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) * System logic * Software parameterization/configuration * Experience in customer service (remote or in-person) * Strong verbal communication skills (to be assessed during the technical interview).
