All interfaces are available at the fingertips of whomever the hotel selects, via the mobile app; payments are made directly to **b2bhotel**, with attendance tracking and no employment ties. **b2bhotel** assumes responsibility for the accuracy and veracity of all information, as well as for payment to all independent workers. **Job Responsibilities:** * Respond to inquiries and provide customer support via chat channels; * Ensure accurate and professional responses, maintaining service standards; * Close customer-initiated tickets on the b2bhotel platform; * Record and document customer interactions in designated systems; * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications; * Collaborate closely with team members to deliver service and resolve issues; * Share feedback and insights to improve customer service processes; * Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure service quality; * Continuously seek improvements in b2bhotel customer service and service provider support practices; * Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members; * Proactively communicate updates and resolutions; * Manage time efficiently to meet customer response deadlines; **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Familiarity with remote communication tools (e-mail, chat, videoconferencing); * Interest in developing customer service skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Self-management skills (remote work); * **Must have a computer to perform tasks;** **Benefits:** * **Remote Work:** Our operations are 100% remote, so you won’t waste time commuting; * **Remote Work Allowance:** We provide an allowance to cover internet expenses, amounting to R$99.90, paid via CAJU card; * We take our team’s development very seriously—thus we offer training programs, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and team connection events!
