Job Summary: Professional responsible for in-person, telephone, and online customer service, with responsibilities including sales, basic support, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative routine support and task organization **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * In-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and email customer service; * Receiving and directing customers and visitors; * Clarifying customer inquiries and providing basic support; * Recording and tracking customer interactions and requests; * Organizing schedules and service queues; * Supporting the team with day-to-day operational demands; * Presenting products by identifying customer needs; * Conducting sales and negotiations in accordance with company policies; * Recording and tracking orders and sales in the system; * Supporting departmental administrative routines; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, courtesy, and proactivity; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance / Fuel subsidy * Basic food basket allowance * Partnerships with SESC and Unifametro * Dental plan (optional enrollment); * Gympass and StarBem **SALARY AND SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Salary: R$ 1,621.00 + bonus upon target achievement Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1,621.00 per month Workplace: On-site
