Responsibilities include preparing and handling materials, cleaning work areas, and performing auxiliary tasks in civil construction. The Laborer must act proactively, follow supervisors’ instructions, and ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. 1\. Experience and promote the organizational culture of Jardim do Éden; **2\. Assisting in Material Preparation:** a. Prepare mortars, concrete, and other construction materials according to instructions from masons or supervisors. b. Transport and distribute bricks, blocks, cement, sand, and other required construction supplies on-site. **3\. Material Handling and Organization:** a. Load and unload construction materials at the construction site, organizing\-them safely and efficiently. b. Ensure materials are always available to the team, preventing interruptions in workflow. **4\. Cleaning and Maintenance of Work Areas:** a. Keep the workplace clean and organized by removing debris and waste generated during construction. b. Clean tools and equipment after use, ensuring they remain in suitable condition for subsequent tasks. **5\. Assembly and Disassembly of Structures:** a. Assist in assembling and dismantling scaffolds, fences, temporary barriers, and other temporary structures following safety instructions. b. Assist in installing formwork for concrete pouring, helping position materials correctly. **6\. Supporting Construction Activities:** a. Support masons and other site professionals in tasks such as floor leveling, mortar application, and bricklaying. b. Perform minor finishing and touch-up tasks, such as surface cleaning and filling holes or imperfections. **7\. Workplace Safety:** a. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by safety regulations, including helmets, gloves, and boots. b. Comply with safety regulations on the construction site and report any hazardous situations to the Site Supervisor. **8\. Team Collaboration:** a. Collaborate effectively with masons, carpenters, electricians, and other professionals to ensure smooth workflow. b.
