




Description: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the field. * Fluent English is desirable. * Specialization in data, voice, video, and security communication network systems. * Cisco CCNP certification or higher. * Act as a Cisco solutions architect and as an architect for solutions from other partner vendors, working directly with customers and partners; * Research, analyze, and specify complete IT architectures covering: Data communication network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, and WAN), Information Security (NGFW, Secure Access, Zero Trust, SASE, etc.), Unified Communications and Collaboration, Data Center, Virtualization, Storage and Backup, Cloud Computing (hybrid and multi-cloud models); * Conduct technical analyses, requirements gathering, and full-solution architecture design; * Design and develop technical solution offerings leveraging the Cisco portfolio and those of other partner vendors; * Develop technical solutions aligned with customers’ functional, technical, and financial requirements; * Prepare and respond to RFI/RFPs, technical documents, BoM (Bill of Materials), and technical-commercial proposals; * Evaluate technical and financial alternatives for IT architectures, proposing comparative scenarios when necessary; * Draft technical descriptions, solution memoranda, and executive and technical presentations; * Develop technical and architectural diagrams for proposed solutions; * Provide direct technical support to sales teams, delivering specialized consulting on Cisco solutions, technologies, and products, as well as those of other partner vendors; * Develop and present use cases, ROI/TCO analyses, competitive comparisons, and technical differentiator assessments; * Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, Assessments, PoC/PoV, and workshops focused on business value; * Support pricing of IT implementation services and solutions, considering costs, margins, risks, scope, and delivery model; * Drive the development of solution roadmaps, aligning expectations among customers, sales teams, and business units. * Engage with customers, prospective customers, partners, and industry groups to understand: Business challenges, Strategic objectives, Expected outcomes; act consultatively throughout the entire sales cycle; * Conduct on-site customer visits for face-to-face meetings whenever necessary; * Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and the Cisco solutions roadmap, as well as those of other partner vendors; * Facilitate the technical transition between pre-sales and delivery teams, ensuring quality and adherence to the proposed solution; * Support technical training and enablement for internal teams and partners. 2512200202551929153
