Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for?** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Provide **Level 2 technical support**, both on-site and remotely, for IT incidents and service requests. * Deliver technical support for **software, corporate systems, IT equipment, and mobile devices** (Android, iOS, telephony, and data). * Perform **installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations**, Windows 10 or later operating systems, standard software, and peripherals. * Provide technical support for **Office 365** (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote) and collaboration tools (**Teams, Meet, and Zoom**). * Support and operate **videoconferencing rooms, audioconferencing systems, and audiovisual equipment** (Poly, Jabra, Netglobe, TVs, mixing consoles, auditoriums). * Execute **daily technical checklists** at assigned locations, ensuring printers, videoconferencing systems, time clocks, access control turnstiles, and corporate displays function properly. * Manage and monitor **service tickets with vendors and third-party service providers** (printers, CCTV, no-breaks, facilities, etc.). * Maintain inventory control of **printer supplies and consumables**, and provide support for multifunctional devices. * Create and update **technical procedures and work instructions** for Level 1 and Level 2 support. * Ensure proper registration, tracking, and closure of tickets according to defined processes and SLAs. **Requirements and qualifications** **Work Schedule** * **Shift:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Work mode:** On-site * **Work location:** Silves, Amazonas—AM **NOTE:** Hey!
