Then check out this opportunity and **\#JoinUOL!** At **UOL**, everyone is welcome, **regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability, etc.** What matters most is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture, and share our mission of connecting every Brazilian to their universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to and log requests/tickets via phone, email, and chat. * Accurately categorize and recategorize requests/tickets. * Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests. * Route tickets to the appropriate departments. * Provide remote and on-site (field service) support. * Manage and allocate IT assets for the business unit. * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers. * Install, configure, and provide support for applications, tools, and software. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology or related fields. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office administration and/or support. * Knowledge of Active Directory (user groups and accounts). * Knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Experience with remote support and/or computer maintenance. * Experience with HelpDesk/ServiceDesk customer support. **Additional Information** This position requires on-site work in the Faria Lima region, Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
