Your mission will be to strengthen the market authority of our business units in infrastructure and ISP sectors, working end-to-end—from event coverage to creating dynamic videos for social media and advertisements. **Responsibilities and Duties** As part of the team, you’ll enjoy autonomy in creation and production. Your key activities will include: * **Script and Concept Development:** Collaborate with the team using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Gemini) to structure technical scripts with clear, engaging language. * **Production and Capture:** Capture image and sound for product videos (unboxing, reviews) and interviews with internal experts. * **Social Media and Ads Content:** Adapt recordings into short, dynamic formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) focused on engagement, as well as create conversion-focused creatives for Ads. * **Mobile Video Making:** Apply agility (our **Speed** value) in smartphone-based capture and editing using CapCut and mobile stabilizers. * **Editing and Finalization:** Edit materials in Adobe Premiere or CapCut, performing color correction, audio treatment, and insertion of visual elements (simple motion graphics and lettering). * **Event Coverage:** Record trainings, workshops, and industry fairs to produce *aftermovies* and testimonials. * **Live Stream Support:** Assist with technical setup and operation of Live streams and Webinars for product launches and educational purposes. * **Organization:** Manage the library of images and videos, ensuring material accessibility for the entire marketing team. **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, we seek a proactive, organized profile with ease handling technical topics: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Film, Radio & TV, Advertising, Design, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior knowledge of video capture and editing (academic portfolio or freelance projects accepted). * **Software:** Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **CapCut**.
