Company in the field of: Ophthalmology Hospital **Job Responsibilities** * Monitor and support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Quality Management System, including internal audits, document management, and incident control. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), prepare management reports, and support the Executive Board in analyzing results and making decisions. * Support the standardization and formalization of institutional processes, performing follow-up on action plans and promoting continuous improvement. * Support departments in carrying out effective and timely handling of incidents and action plans. * Support patient safety and the efficiency of clinical and support processes. **Requirements** * Completed technical education or completed higher education (preferred). * Previous experience as a Quality Assistant or Quality Analyst. * Experience in Process or Operations areas. * Computer skills, intermediate Microsoft Office package. * Experience in healthcare institutions, preferably hospitals. **Compensation and Benefits Package** Salary R$ 1\.637,35 \+ Transportation Allowance, Food Allowance R$ 450,00, Life Insurance, Health Plan (co-payment), Dental Plan, DAY OFF, and SESC agreement, partnership with Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
