Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred; Experience providing technical support and training to customers, conducting on-site visits, monitoring product performance, supporting application and implementation, guiding teams on product usage, evaluating storage conditions, monitoring and diagnosing issues, and preparing reports; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Sales skills; Driver’s license category B; Availability for occasional weekend trainings. Requirements and qualifications * **Technical education** in Automotive Mechanics, Electronics, or related fields; * Minimum **2 years of experience** in vehicle diagnostics or embedded software installation; * Solid knowledge of **OBD-II**, **CAN bus**, and automotive communication protocols; * Proficiency in **Python** or **LabVIEW** for automation scripting; * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese. Desirable * Experience with **remote diagnostics** and telemetry; * Knowledge of **ECU tuning** and calibration; * **ASE** certification or equivalent; * Familiarity with **test equipment**, such as JTAG and oscilloscopes. Key responsibilities and deliverables * Achieve a **20% reduction** in vehicle software installation time; * Achieve a **15% increase** in first-attempt diagnostic success rate; * Achieve a **25% improvement** in the quality of technical reports delivered to customers; * Directly impact customer satisfaction, reflected in an NPS exceeding 80.
