This professional will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by handling requests, clarifying doubts, and supporting internal after-sales processes. **Responsibilities / Scope:** * Respond to customers contacting via Mercado Livre and WhatsApp * Provide support regarding inquiries, requests, and complaints * Register and update customer and order information in the system * Monitor after-sales requests and perform follow-ups * Organize documents, records, and reports related to customer service * Support the sales team with internal requests Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 – R$2.200,00 per month Education: * Completed Technical School (Mandatory)
