Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational Lawyer to provide legal support at Cakto, acting both in an advisory and litigation capacity to ensure legal security and support the company’s growth. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and operational involvement in advisory and litigation legal support. 2. Drafting, analysis, and negotiation of corporate contracts. 3. Legal support to internal departments and preventive action in corporate law. We seek a Lawyer to act strategically and operationally in Cakto’s legal support, with both advisory and litigation responsibilities—including filing and initiating judicial proceedings. This person will be a business partner, ensuring legal security and supporting the company’s growth. Main Responsibilities Drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, partners, and service providers. Litigation activities, including filing and initiating judicial proceedings, drafting procedural documents, defenses, and appeals. Representing the company in hearings, when necessary. Providing legal support to internal departments (HR, Technology, Product, and Finance). Preventive action in corporate, civil, and labor law, with a focus on risk mitigation. Support on compliance, LGPD, and sound legal practices. Coordination and management of third-party law firms and case monitoring. Analysis of legal risks and proposal of solutions aligned with business objectives. Requirements Law degree with active OAB registration. Prior experience as an in-house lawyer or at a law firm serving corporate clients. Proven experience in litigation, including filing and initiating judicial proceedings, as well as participation in hearings. Solid knowledge of corporate contracts and corporate legal routines. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, autonomy, and business acumen. Experience with technology companies, fintechs, or payment processors. Knowledge of LGPD.
