JOB OPENING: ACCOUNTANT ANALYST Modality: 100% Remote In-person meeting: Once per month Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) About the job We are seeking an Accountant Analyst to work strategically and operationally, ensuring accurate accounting entries, compliance with ancillary obligations, and adherence to current legislation. We are looking for an organized, analytical professional with expertise in standard accounting procedures, SPED, and EFD-Reinf. Main responsibilities: * Perform accounting entries for companies under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes * Classification, reconciliation, and analysis of accounting accounts * Preparation and review of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE) * Monthly accounting closing and results calculation * Submission and review of accounting and social security ancillary obligations, including: * SPED Accounting (ECD) * SPED ECF * EFD-Reinf * Analysis and review of information submitted to eSocial in conjunction with EFD-Reinf, where applicable * Responding to tax audits, internal audits, and internal requests * Support for tax and finance departments * Ensure compliance with current accounting, tax, and social security regulations Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress) * Proven experience in the accounting field * Solid knowledge of SPED Accounting, ECF, and EFD-Reinf * Experience with accounting reconciliations and monthly closing * Knowledge of current accounting, tax, and social security legislation * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines * Proficiency with accounting software and Excel Advantages: * Experience in an accounting firm * Experience working with Lucro Real companies * Knowledge of advisory accounting * Familiarity with eSocial routines * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile Work model: * 100% remote work * One in-person meeting per month for alignment and team integration What we offer: * Collaborative and structured environment * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Autonomy with responsibility * Culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.072,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal allowance * Food allowance Work location: Remote
