Customer service and guidance JOB OPENING – WHITE GOODS TECHNICIAN A refrigeration and maintenance company is hiring a White Goods Technician to perform maintenance on equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and water coolers. Main Responsibilities Diagnose faults in refrigerators, freezers, and water coolers Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Replace parts and components (compressors, thermostats, sensors, circuit boards, etc.) Charge and recharge refrigerant gas Identify and fix refrigeration system leaks Conduct operational tests after maintenance Perform basic electrical work and multimeter testing Perform technical cleaning of equipment Provide customer service and guidance on usage and maintenance Complete service orders and technical reports Install equipment when required Requirements Proven experience in white goods maintenance Knowledge of domestic refrigeration systems Basic electrical knowledge Proficiency with technical tools Organizational skills and responsibility Good communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Technical course in refrigeration or related fields Experience with soldering and refrigerant gas handling Knowledge of safety regulations (NR-10) Driver's license category B Job Information Employment type: CLT Salary: R$ 2.200,00 Benefits: MEAL ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION Work location: CAUCAIA Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Position type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Workplace: On-site
