* Diagnose the systems of the vehicles serviced; * Explain to the customer how the systems work, the repairs or defects identified, and the importance of maintaining their proper functioning; * Perform preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance: wheel alignment, suspension, brakes, battery, oil change, tires, assembly and replacement of parts, engine lubrication, adjustment of mechanisms, and steering alignment; * Ensure the maintenance and proper use of tools and equipment; * Use the PPEs specified in the company’s Risk Management Program (PGR).
