Receive, sort, and prioritize building maintenance requests. Conduct preventive inspections at group stores. Engage, monitor, and validate external service providers. Obtain quotations for service approval by management. And other duties inherent to the position. Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Assistant, Building Maintenance Specialist, or Maintenance Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role.
