**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage building maintenance, including tracking service requests, scheduling team activities, and ensuring service quality;
* Monitor and report demand status to the administrative and financial management;
* Prepare budgets, ensuring optimal cost-benefit;
* Support and guide the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to established processes;
* Audit routines for general services and security desk operations;
* Monitor suppliers and consulting firms (e.g., occupational safety);
* Manage the leased vehicle fleet (maintenance, traffic fines, and contracts);
* Maintain facilities, furniture, and equipment;
* Propose structural and process improvements;
* Support administrative tasks and participate in training sessions as required.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields;
* Knowledge of Procurement processes;**related fields**
* Preventive and corrective maintenance;
* Basic administrative and financial knowledge;
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Experience managing maintenance, custodial, and security teams.
