




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying the hotel’s public and service areas, maintaining them in impeccable condition while ensuring the well-being of guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain impeccable presentation and cleanliness of the hotel's public areas. 2. Preserve physical assets and ensure the well-being of staff members. 3. Follow the cleaning schedule and use personal protective equipment. Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying the hotel’s public and service areas according to hotel standards to keep them immaculate. * Efficiently clean, sanitize, and organize the hotel’s public areas—such as the lobby, internal service areas, swimming pool, spa, restaurants, etc.—maintaining impeccable presentation and cleanliness for guests; * Efficiently clean, sanitize, and organize the hotel’s service areas—including staff changing rooms, corridors, stairways, offices, etc.—to preserve and maintain the company’s physical assets and ensure staff well-being; * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks according to the schedule established by the Housekeeping Manager; * Use cleaning supplies, products, and equipment as instructed during specific training sessions; * Wear function-specific personal protective equipment; * Remove all waste from common areas and sort it into the appropriate containers; * Report to the supervisor any need for equipment repair or any abnormal situation occurring in the area; * Be available for additional tasks both within one’s own department and in other departments as assigned by management, department heads, or immediate supervisors.
