Job Summary: The Junior Marketing Analyst is responsible for creating layouts, managing social media, supporting internal marketing (endomarketing), and negotiating with influencers. WORK HOURS: 44H \- MONDAY TO FRIDAY. R$2\.100,00 \*After the probationary period. (Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance) Responsibilities: \- Design: Research and create layouts/campaigns for brands and services in general. \- Social Media: Schedule posts across platforms, respond to DMs and comments. \- Support Internal Marketing (Endomarketing). \- Handle printed materials and signage, obtain quotes from print shops, monitor company emails and WhatsApp groups. \- Negotiate with influencers. \- Send materials to partners, e.g., shopping malls. Skills: \- Graphic Design: Proficiency in tools, knowledge, and creativity. \- Adobe software, Canva, Microsoft Office suite, general mobile apps, and related variations. \- Strong visual sensitivity and understanding of design principles. \- Develop original assets that stand out in online and offline media. \- Social Media: Knowledge of Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms. \- Marketing and Communication: Understanding of digital marketing, buyer personas, customer journey, and sales funnels. \- Strategy and Planning: Monthly reporting and growth analysis. \- Communication: Clear and effective communication, both in written content creation and audience engagement. Preferred Qualifications: \- Time management. \- Problem solving. \- Teamwork. \- Organization. \- Adaptability. \- Results orientation. \- Data analysis (critical and analytical thinking). \- Respect for hierarchy. Education: \- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields.
