Experience with CRM and CorelDRAW Prints Gráfica is looking for a **Graphic Designer** with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and excellent customer service aptitude to work in the **Commercial Department**, supporting customers and assisting with design creation and quotations. **Responsibilities** * Attend to customers via chat (Kommo), phone, and in person * Collect project briefs and prepare quotations * Generate Production Orders and track orders in the system (Bremen) * Keep customers updated on deadlines and deliveries * Send satisfaction surveys (NPS) and support customer loyalty initiatives * Monitor new business opportunities and update information in the CRM * Use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to identify potential customers and track interaction history and orders * Identify and explore new demands and market niches for the printing company's products and services **Requirements** * Experience in customer service * Proficiency in **CorelDRAW** * Basic Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication skills, organization, and customer focus * Experience in the printing industry is a plus * Knowledge of the printing process (pre\-press, printing, and finishing) * Hands\-on experience with CRM (Kommo) * Prior experience working in a printing company Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
