**SENIOR UX/UI GENERALIST POSITION** **Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the Morumbi neighborhood (with flexibility to work additional days at the client’s site when required)** **CLT employment contract** + benefits **Job objective:** We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Generalist to join us in supporting our client, a multinational automotive company. The scope of work may vary significantly, ranging from defining new customer journeys to creating marketing assets. The ideal candidate is creative and hands-on, stays up-to-date with market trends, and is highly motivated to deliver the best possible customer experience. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in information architecture, flow mapping, and customer journey mapping * Ability to interpret and apply research insights * Experience conducting usability testing (planning and analysis) * Excellent command of Figma and image editing tools * Ability to work integrally across UX and UI disciplines * Experience working with robust systems and business constraints **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience with financial products * Knowledge of accessibility standards * Experience modernizing legacy systems * Use of AI as support in the design process **Responsibilities:** * Design and evolve end-to-end digital experiences * Define information architecture, flows, and customer journeys * Interpret and apply research insights to design decisions * Plan and analyze usability tests * Work across UX (experience) and UI (interface) * Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops * Organize and prioritize the design backlog * Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, considering technical impact * Work on-site at the client’s location several days per week Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$9,000.00 – R$10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: Hybrid remote work based in São Paulo, SP
