Learning Leader \- Operational Training **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and conduct operational training for new hires, refresher courses, and ramp\-ups * Monitor employees' learning curve, ensuring adherence to operational standards * Ensure correct application of operational, safety, and quality procedures * Collaborate closely with operations leadership to support team upskilling needs * Monitor training-related, post-training productivity, and quality KPIs * Identify knowledge gaps and propose continuous improvement actions * Support onboarding and recurring training processes * Ensure standardization of training content and methodologies **Requirements** * Completed high school education; bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress acceptable) * Prior experience in logistics operations, operational training, or team leadership * Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and proficiency in delivering training * Organizational capability and ability to track basic KPIs * Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a trainer, multiplier, or training leader If you seek a challenge that combines your technical and leadership skills, this is your opportunity to join a team distinguished by efficiency and innovation.
