




**Responsibilities:** – Recruitment and selection (posting, screening, and interviews). – Onboarding and offboarding. – Leadership coaching and support. – New employee onboarding. – Monitoring of employee engagement, HR metrics, and routine HR activities. – Support to managers and employees. **Requirements:** – Experience in HR (generalist or recruitment & selection focus). – Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. – Willingness to travel. – Proficiency in Excel/Sheets. – Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
