Basic materials control and completion of service orders We are seeking a **General Maintenance Technician** to perform building, electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance in a corporate environment. Main Responsibilities: * Electrical maintenance (low voltage, light bulbs, outlets, sensors, electrical panels); * Hydraulic maintenance (leaks, unclogging, pumps, water tanks); * Minor civil repairs (masonry, painting, doors, locks); * Building patrols and monitoring of systems (pumps, exhaust fans, lighting, meeting rooms); * Supervision of service providers; * Basic materials control and completion of service orders via mobile application. Requirements: * Technical education or courses in maintenance/electrical/civil/refrigeration fields; * NR10 certification (desirable); * Experience in building and electrical maintenance; * Ability to read electrical/hydraulic plans and schematics; * Basic computer skills; * Availability for overtime and weekend work (rotating schedule).
