**General Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** **1\. Electrical Maintenance** * Conduct inspections and repairs on low-voltage electrical installations. * Inspect and replace light bulbs, drivers, sensors, outlets, and switches. * Assist in diagnosing faults in electrical panels and circuits. * Supervise third-party services for medium-voltage systems, generators, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and other service providers. **2\. Hydraulic Maintenance** * Repair leaks, clear blockages in restrooms, and replace fittings, valves, and taps. * Ensure proper operation of hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, and water tanks. * Perform new hydraulic installations when required. **3\. Civil Maintenance** * Carry out minor masonry, flooring, door, lock, and window frame repairs. * Perform painting, wall repairs, and application of simple surface finishes. * Assist with minor renovations and structural adaptations. **4\. Building Infrastructure and Operations** * Conduct daily rounds to assess the building’s overall condition. * Monitor building systems such as pumps, exhaust fans, and lighting. * Verify functionality of audio and video systems in meeting rooms. **5\. Administrative Support** * Maintain minimum stock levels of materials and request replenishment. * Accurately complete service orders via the mobile application according to task execution. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical education or training in maintenance, electrical engineering, civil engineering, refrigeration, etc. * NR-10 certification. * Prior experience in building maintenance and as an electrician. * Basic ability to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic blueprints and schematics. * Fundamental computer skills for recordkeeping. **Availability for overtime and weekend work is required.** **Contract Details:** · **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work. · **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) · **Monthly Salary:** BRL 2,400.00 · **Location:** Indaiatuba/SP · Hazard pay: 30% **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 200.00 * Flexible Benefit: BRL 326.00 * On-site meals at no cost. * Medical and dental plans available after probation period, with fixed payroll deduction.
