The Ápice Group is seeking a Financial Analyst (BILLING) to contribute to our department by developing new renegotiation strategies, monitoring payments, and serving as a key player in maintaining the company's cash flow. Your responsibilities: * Patient negotiation, recovery, and retention; * Identification of outstanding issues; * Registration of debts with SPC and SERASA; * Monitoring of receivables; * Patient reactivation; * Tracking of performance indicators; * Updating payment history; ✅ Requirements: * Completed high school education; or currently studying in administrative fields (a plus); * Strong negotiation skills; * Analytical ability; * Proactive mindset with focus on achieving results and willingness to work with targets; ?
