Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare and serve coffee-based beverages and other menu items with excellence and attention to detail. * Maintain an organized and clean workstation, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards. * Greet and serve customers courteously, patiently, and attentively, ensuring a pleasant experience. * Explain and recommend beverage options and accompaniments, demonstrating knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods. * Monitor and maintain ingredient and supply inventory, reporting needs to the responsible person. * Contribute to beverage decoration and refine latte art techniques. * Collaborate as part of a team, supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive and cooperative environment. Qualifications and Requirements: * Prior experience as a barista or in similar roles is preferred. * Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, extraction methods, and beverage preparation. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. * Patience and empathy when interacting with diverse customer profiles. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability to work shifts and weekends, as scheduled.
