The Human Resources Manager at Kuehne\+Nagel will be responsible for acting as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decisions regarding people, structure, and costs. You will translate business needs into HR initiatives, analyze HR metrics, conduct organizational diagnostics, and lead change processes—ensuring alignment with strategy and data-driven decision-making.**How to Make an Impact** * Serve as the HR focal point for leadership, supporting strategic decisions related to people, structure, performance, and costs. * Translate business needs into HR initiatives aligned with the organizational strategy. * Support headcount planning, personnel budgeting, and cost projections in partnership with Finance and Payroll. * Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs, overtime bank, productivity) and propose action plans. * Manage organizational change, restructurings, expansions, and cost reductions. * Conduct organizational diagnostics and support leadership in data-driven decision-making. **What We’d Like You to Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical capability, and adaptability to change. * Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, ethics, and professional confidentiality. * Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. **What We Offer You** At Kuehne\+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
