Collaborating in identifying process improvements and execution A beachwear manufacturer seeks a Pilotista (prototype developer) in Fortaleza (Presidente Kennedy). **Responsibilities:** Conduct pilot production of beachwear items, develop prototypes, and ensure compliance with the company's defined quality standards. Operate industrial machines used in beachwear production, such as straight-stitch machines, overlock machines, bias-binding machines, elastic-attaching machines, and similar equipment. Work with various types of elastic fabrics, adjusting seams and finishes according to each item’s requirements. Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and support item execution. Previous experience as a Drone Pilot, Aircraft Operator, Helicopter Pilot, or Airplane Pilot may indicate suitability for some activities in this role. Completed elementary education required.
