Textile industry hiring a Pattern Maker in Caucaia (Jurema). **What will you do in this role?:** Interpret technical sheets and sketches provided by the styling department. Develop base patterns and variations according to the size grading chart. Adjust and correct patterns based on pilot garment fittings. Digitize, grade, and archive patterns in a computerized system (CAD/CAM). Monitor pilot garment production and guide seamstresses. Ensure pattern consistency and repeatability for mass production. Collaborate with the cutting and layout department to optimize fabric usage.
