Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area Position available for an Industrial Seamstress in Americana – SP **Main Responsibilities** * Daily manufacture of products by operating sewing machines available within the group with speed and attention; * Interpret sewing instructions received from the supervisor, clarifying any doubts regarding difficulty level before commencing production; * Produce pilot pieces and samples for customers under the team leader’s guidance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications; * Replace accessories and adjust machines (thread and stitch settings) according to product requirements, maintaining standardization and quality; * Conduct a detailed final inspection on each completed piece to ensure conformity and finished-product quality; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area and tools, reporting any issues to the next shift. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role (manufacturing products using sewing machines); * Valid documentation; * Easy access to the Salto Grande Industrial District in Americana – SP. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Compensation:** starting from R$ 2.058,66; * **Immediate Benefits:** Transportation Voucher, Basic Food Basket, Vegas Card (attendance bonus), breakfast, and afternoon coffee; * **After Probation Period:** Dental Plan (100% company-funded for the employee), Co-payment Medical Plan, Multiple Vegas Card, and “All-in-One” Card.
