




Job Summary: Professional to assist in operational fleet management, performing procurement, inventory and tool control, and maintenance tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet maintenance and logistics tracking Main Responsibilities: * Provide operational fleet-related support to the Fleet Supervisor. * Conduct emergency purchases of fleet spare parts; * Manage fleet workshop tools, performing periodic inventories; * Request materials required for general fleet maintenance activities; * Follow up with the maintenance team on completed service orders; * Verify drivers' checklists and validate them in the fleet system; * Monitor cargo weights transported by the fleet and record them in the fleet system; * Monitor spare parts inventory in the workshop and suggest improvements to reduce inventory levels; * Track and receive urgent-purchase deliveries; * Comply with safety regulations and other company policies.
