




Description: Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Logistics, or related fields; * Solid experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP), with focus on integrated planning and production control; * Experience in medium- or large-scale industrial environments; * Experience in standardizing production processes and systemic integration via ERP; * Systemic vision and results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: * Coordinate planning and control across all production stages—from production order release to final delivery—ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality; * Implement and standardize PCP processes focused on ERP-based management, ensuring correct utilization of planning, production order, shop floor data collection, and inventory modules; * Serve as the primary interface between Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial/Contracts departments, ensuring alignment among demand, production capacity, and schedules; * Develop and review Master Production Schedules (MPS), managing capacities, lead times, and order sequencing to optimize production flow; * Monitor departmental performance indicators (OEE, on-time delivery, backlog, planning accuracy), proposing and executing continuous improvement action plans; * Promote standardization of PCP routines and controls—including technical master data, Bills of Materials (BOM), production routings, and standard times—in collaboration with Engineering; * Lead ERP data integration and updates, ensuring data consistency and traceability of production operations; * Actively participate in planning meetings, providing strategic input for machine loading decisions, order prioritization, and commercial fulfillment; * Support the Procurement department in material forecasting and purchasing, based on production requirements and approved schedules; * Map and propose process, workflow, and systemic reporting improvements aimed at increasing productivity and reducing rework. 2512200202551929661
