Job Description We are looking for a professional to join our Production Planning and Control (PCP) team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production flow, planning production orders, monitoring production stages, managing inventory, and directly interacting with the company’s strategic departments. _____________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities * Plan and schedule production according to demand, production capacity, and delivery deadlines. * Issue, monitor, and adjust production orders. * Control inventory levels of raw materials, inputs, and finished products. * Monitor production progress, identify potential deviations, and propose adjustments. * Conduct capacity analysis and identify production bottlenecks. * Prepare PCP performance reports and key indicators. * Interact with procurement, sales, quality, and production departments to align priorities. * Support continuous improvement of production processes. * Define product delivery and assembly schedules. * Requirements * • Technical high school diploma or undergraduate degree in progress/completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in PCP (preferably in small-scale industries). * • Knowledge of production organization, work methods and times, and inventory control. * • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * • Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and clear communication. * * Advantages * • Experience with MRP. * • Ability to read technical drawings. * • Experience in industrial process improvement. * • Knowledge of Power BI.
