




Description: Technical Skills: * High school diploma; * Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or front-end loaders; * Residence with easy access to the Maracanaú region; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Brazilian driver's license (Category B); We seek a professional aligned with our cultural pillars, which are: * Safety First; * Connected by the Customer; * Diversity and Inclusion; * Personal Accountability; * Entrepreneurial Mindset; * Results Matter. * Guide drivers and users on rules, procedures, and facility layout, explaining safety procedures and branch regulations to ensure physical safety of operations. * Prepare trucks according to outgoing orders, following loading and unloading procedures to ensure accuracy in the loading/unloading process. * Operate small- and medium-sized equipment—including forklifts, overhead cranes (with control panels), and other similar equipment used for cargo handling—adhering to safety regulations and procedures, and handling equipment to perform general cargo movement tasks. * Perform all routine checks before and after inspecting equipment operational conditions, ensuring any defects are immediately reported to supervisors to safeguard both assets and personnel. * Load and unload vehicles/wagons using appropriate equipment when necessary, as well as completing checklists for equipment under one’s responsibility. * Manage vehicle queues, assist with vehicle maneuvering, and guide drivers regarding safety procedures within the facility. * Secure cargo properly and ensure vehicles depart the facility correctly tied down. * Direct drivers to the appropriate queue based on product type, optimizing organization of cargo to be loaded. * Inspect physical aspects of materials per quality standards; verify, record, and collect post-loading data; release vehicles for weighing; sequence products for rolling mill supply; split loads per customer order; and prepare vehicles for loading. * Assist in conducting inventory counts of stock materials. * Ensure all drivers remain in designated safe areas during the loading process. * Strictly comply with corporate governance, safety, sustainability, health, and environmental policies, in accordance with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, the Company Code of Conduct, and its Values and Principles. 2512200202551928950
