;Perform control, monitoring, and tracking activities for KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to payments made to partner carriers and third-party logistics providers for freight services. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage scheduling activities (Request submission, TMS scheduling, pre-alert, follow-up); * Support internal and external customers; * Prepare/update daily delivery monitoring reports with visibility of order status from warehouse onward, delivered to the customer twice per day; * Track orders dispatched via air mode (dry cargo) specifically for clients J&J and MEDTRONIC; * Execute import processes: receive customer requests, schedule pickups at ports/airports with follow-up, and maintain daily control of process reports; * Coordinate pickup activities with suppliers: submit and schedule pickup requests using fleet resources to collect shipments from Andreani’s customers’ suppliers; * Manage reverse logistics: schedule pickups, conduct follow-up, and analyze delays reported in the monitoring spreadsheet; * Comply with environmental protection, occupational health, and safety regulations and procedures. * Maintain and safeguard company-provided equipment and materials used in performing job functions.
