Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads, with initial contact made within one business hour; * Daily updating of the CRM, sales funnel, and follow-up schedule; recording all interactions; * Qualifying customer needs, outlining basic scope, and preparing commercial proposals; * Monitoring the opening and progress of technical service tickets raised by other departments, keeping the customer informed until resolution; * Availability for occasional visits to customers and construction sites in the region; * Building strong relationships with support, logistics, maintenance, credit, and billing departments to ensure smooth processes and excellence in customer service; * Negotiating within branch pricing and discount policies, requesting exceptions when necessary; * Monitoring personal KPIs: conversion rate, sales cycle, revenue, margin, NPS, and response time; * Participating in weekly commercial rituals, pipeline reviews, and lessons learned sessions, with disciplined CRM documentation; * Acting with an owner’s mindset, prioritizing revenue predictability and quality of customer experience. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (category B) and availability for travel within the region; * Basic to intermediate proficiency in CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools; * Intermediate Office suite skills: spreadsheet organization and simple controls, presentations; * Experience in B2B sales or customer service; * Experience in equipment leasing is a plus (aerial platforms, generators, air compressors, lighting towers, yellow and white line equipment); * Familiarity with BI tools for dashboard reading, e.g., Power BI or equivalent. **Additional information** * Clear communication, organization, prioritization, negotiation, discipline in commercial rituals, and CRM documentation; * Owner’s mindset, focus on results with high-quality service.
