We are seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant Technician to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for our facilities. We are looking for a committed, proactive professional with experience in general building maintenance routines. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform basic hydraulic maintenance tasks (e.g., faucet replacement, leak repairs, simple unclogging, trap adjustments). * Assist with painting, masonry repairs, and finishing work (e.g., skim coating, touch-ups, minor corrections). * Adjust doors, locks, hinges, and perform minor furniture repairs. * Clean and replace air-conditioning filters, and support preventive maintenance activities. * Assist in inspecting pumps, water tanks, and building systems. * Conduct inspection rounds to identify potential issues. * Organize tools and materials, supporting the team with logistical requests. * Record simple incidents and report requirements to the Technician/Supervisor. * Accompany third-party service providers and offer operational support. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as an assistant, helper, or assistant technician in maintenance roles. * Basic knowledge of: * **Hydraulics** (e.g., faucet replacement, minor repairs, unclogging) * **Civil maintenance** (e.g., painting, minor repairs, door and lock adjustments) * Ability to follow instructions from technicians/supervisors. * Proficiency in using hand tools and simple equipment. * Availability for internal inspection rounds and support of operational demands. * Basic understanding of occupational safety. **Work Location**: Vargem Grande Paulista/SP If you are a committed, organized professional with technical skills in maintenance, this position is for you!
