




Description: We are hiring a Baker to work on the bread production line, supporting the baking team and ensuring that shaping, cooking, and baking processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, and swiftly at scale. Responsibilities and Duties * Experience supporting bakery operations, including baking doughs and various types of bread according to technical specifications and quality standards. * Ability to oversee product receipt and storage in the client’s inventory. * Skill in supporting the production line by supplying required ingredients and raw materials. * Proactivity in proposing improvements to reduce production time and minimize waste. * Organizational ability to schedule daily production together with the store leader, using control tools. * Competence in guiding food handlers in production, packaging, display, and sector cleaning activities. * Commitment to following recipes, yield standards, and quality specifications, avoiding raw material waste. * Attention to cleanliness, organization, and preparation of the work environment for the next shift. * Availability to perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
