




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for preparing and finishing dishes, maintaining kitchen organization and hygiene, and working collaboratively in accordance with instructions. Work collaboratively with effective communication Responsibilities: * Prepare and finish dishes according to the menu and established standards * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment * Adhere to hygiene regulations, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Monitor food preparation time and food quality * Assist in inventory control and proper use of supplies * Receive, inspect, and store food items correctly * Work collaboratively, maintaining effective communication with assistants and service staff * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and workplace environment * Follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Agility, organizational skills, and proactivity; * Ability to work collaboratively; * Flexible availability.
